GOT YOUR COPING SKILLS

The ‘got your coping skills trend used to share something that is your coping skill, but isn't actually a coping skill. This creator and this creator used this trend to share her personal coping skill, while this candle business got really creative and seized the opportunity to promote their products - we love to see that. Get creative with this trend.

  • If you’re a personal brand: Think about your coping skills are that might be relatable to everyone else.

  • If you’re a service-provider: Think about your potential clients and what their coping skills are, which might be something that your service helps curb.

  • If you’re a product-based business: Do your products provide ‘coping’? If so, use it! If not, get creative with relating your industry and/ or niche to a coping behaviour that is relatable to your target audience!

FINN WOLFHARD SNAPPING HIS FINGERS

Finn Wolfhard snapping his fingers has become a trend… why? We don't know. But we love it. Use it to promote your service & products, or use it to share a before & after! Take a look at how DuoLingo creatively did, as well as this travel service and lastly, this water bottle company. We love how these unique businesses with such different offerings are all using this differently. Make sure to also check out how this creator and this creator used it for something personal & relatable.

  • If you’re a personal brand: Think about something that you experience on a daily that’s personable & relatable. It can be something about you, or an experience you have had.

  • If you’re a service-provider: Use this to show a before & after that you have done for one of your clients. Use it to showcase something relatable in your business.

  • If you’re a product-based business: Use this sound to promote your product. What before & after to you provide for your customers?

WOMEN DON’T CRY. WOMEN GET PAID.

Shakira's new song, of course, is going viral. If you don't speak Spanish, do yourself a favour and search the translation (she called out her toxic ex, Pique). Use this (iconic) song as a background sound like this creator, and like this creator who’s sharing her makeup looks (you can use this for fashion & more), and lastly, DuoLingo has topped it off by getting real creative with this trend.

  • If you’re a personal brand: Brainstorm any content ideas you can use this sound in the background of - a GRWM video or any process! Feel free to get creative like DuoLingo ;)

  • If you’re a service-provider: Use this as a background sound for a process-type video. If you’re a website designer, this could be a sped-up video of you creating a website. If you’re a lash tech, this could be a sped-up video of you working on your client.

  • If you’re a product-based business: Use this as a background sound for a process video, which could be packing your orders for example. Or, you can get creative and relate this iconic song to your industry and/or niche.

FLOWERS

Speaking of women calling out their toxic exes, Miley has just released a song supposedly directed at Liam Hemsworth, which of course, is also viral. Use it as background music, like this creator sharing a makeup tutorial, this creator sharing what her page is all about, this creator sharing a baking hack and lastly this nail tech sharing a process video.

  • If you’re a personal brand: Brainstorm any content ideas you can use this sound in the background of, or, use the lyrics of this song to share a part of your life that relate to the lyrics!

  • If you’re a service-provider: Use this as a background sound for a process-type video. If you’re a graphic designer, this could be a sped-up video of you creating a logo. If you’re an interior designer, this could be a sped-up video of you working, or a before & after video of the place you’ve designed.

  • If you’re a product-based business: Use this as a background sound for a process video, which could be one showing you making your products, for example. Or, you can get creative and relate this song to your industry and/or niche.

WALKING PAST A...

This trend is an early one that's blowing up, used to share something that walked past you then relating it to a person/ people in your life - in a good or bad way. Take a look at these examples from this creator, this creator and this creator! We haven't seen many product based businesses use it, so get creative.

  • If you’re a personal brand: Use this sound to relate it to an experience you’ve had that relates to the example videos above.

  • If you’re a service-provider: Relate this to a bad client experience, or even a good one! You can relate it to a software, or a ‘thing’ you hate using in your business to. Keep it relatable to your industry/ niche!

  • If you’re a product-based business: Let’s give you an example. If you were a glass water bottle brand, you could do this trend to “shade” plastic water bottles and indirectly promote your product! Use this in relation to your own industry & niche.
